At 800QuickFix, we strive to offer you the best in our "Ultimate SAAS" service. We understand that there might be instances where our service might not meet your needs or expectations, and hence, we offer a transparent refund policy.

Terms for Refund:

Eligibility for Refund: Subscribers to the "Ultimate SAAS" service at $97/month are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of any renewal date. This means if you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a refund within this time frame.

Auto-Renewal: Please note that the "Ultimate SAAS" service auto-renews every month on the date of the original purchase. The auto-renewal charge is at the rate of $97/month.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please send an email to Trevor@800QuickFix.com with the subject line "Refund Request". In the body of the email, please provide:

Your full name (as used during the purchase)
The email address used during the purchase
The phone number used during the purchase
Processing Time: Once we receive your refund request and verify the details, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals, you may do so at any time. However, please note that cancellations done after the 30-day refund period will not be eligible for a refund for that month.
